Spares off the WSM 22

Ribs from today's cook. Rubbed with Killer Hogs bbq rub and sauce. Turned out fantastic . Smoked at 250 for almost 5 hours. Wrapped for a hour after I got the color that I wanted. ( around 2 1/2-3 hours ). Spritzed with apple juice , apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire every 30-45 minutes prior to wrapping. Wrap was honey , brown sugar , peach hot sauce , and butter.
