SnS and a new twist on Pork

It turned out really good. I should have marinated longer, and trimmed the thinner ends of the tenderloin and cooked separate. Neat flavors

Just fold over the thinner end and truss it up. That does look delicious.

Thanks. I read that somewhere once. It works great, and if you do it after seasoning, that end is a great little flavour bomb!
