Mommy wanted a steak..
« on: May 12, 2013, 05:30:30 PM »
That's what she got!  Sorry, no plate shot, my 2 year old was not cooperating.  I cooked mine to an internal temp of 125 and let it rest wrapped in foil.  It ended up at 130.  The perfect weather today and the steaks made for a great day.

Our grandson turns two in August. Our son tells us he is starting into the terrible twos.  ;D He has learned that screaming gets him a lot of attention and he does so joyously. They just returned from a trip to Europe. I'm glad I wasn't in the cabin with them.   ::)

I can understand no plated pics.
