I'm quite sure these will kill any chance of nice bark development. Not to mention how they will negatively affect airflow through the cooker. Buyer beware.

Well, who am I to crush one's dream... butt it seems a worthless product. I'm sure they'll make them, they'll sell them, they'll prolly have a few followers... just not me. Old guy with old fashioned habits... took me awhile to get the SV gig worthy of my time.

Let's see the product in use before we dismiss it.

Respectfully, there are many members here that have a lot of experience with grilling, smoking...
If there is a question regarding the effectiveness of this product, it may be worthwhile to listen to these people.
