So a few years back, I would go into the next year with a goal of what I want by years end kettle wise. As I sit now, I am VERY content with where I am on the Weber kettle front.
HOWEVER, at the risk of being banned
, there is one type of outdoor cooking method that I have not used, I have done the Kamado, I have done the Pit Barrel hanging, I have a WSM, I have kettles, the Summit and gassers. What I have never used is a pellet pooper. I am researching entry level pellet cookers to add to my list of cooking styles used. I am thinking Rec Tec, they have a new Bullseye, that looks like a kettle and they are coming out with a new Mini pellet grill.
Oh as I type this, I realize that I have never used a stick burner but honestly I have no interest given the room that I have to use for cookers.
So.....that is on my list of goals list for 2018, what is on yours. Kettle goals, I guess a super nice Blue to add to the kettles collection would be cool, shouldn't be too hard to acquire though.
