Hi,
could somebody tell me what exactly defines a One Touch?
I thought it's because of the one armed ash cleaner and Bottom vent.

I'm going to buy an old kettle with these 3 separated vents on the bottom but it's offered as "One Touch"
Could this be right?

Thx

The one touch is the one armed ash sweep. What you are getting with the 3 vents is not a one touch...
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.
