Borrowed idea with a twist
« on: December 27, 2017, 11:38:44 AM »
So looking through old mod month postings I found this a while back and thought it was genius. So I put this together , it's not done yet but once it is it's going to be a pretty sweet charcoal station. I need to source out a performer charcoal lighter and a gga valve to have a one touch charcoal lighting table

I love the idea of putting gas assist on an SJ for lighting chimneys!!!!!  Totally cool!

Hey @LiquidOcelot that inspiration contraption was my brainfart. Genius? Well, maybe in another distant life. I would love to see you add gas assist to yours, and I think I have the parts. Might even still work. Send me a PM with your address and I'll contribute to the cause. FYI - my version got re-purposed into some other things, but I have another idea brewing that will take this to the next level.

I'm taking apart an old gasser to throw away this weekend and it has a side burner that still works; I'd be willing to keep the parts for you and ship them out if you want them.
