I really like this SnS so far , it will take me a bit to get used to . I think these are a little over done . I’m letting them rest but normally I can hardly get them off the grill in one piece . So we will see but the SnS did a whole 6 hours on cheap charcoal that Walmart had ( they were out of kingsford ). Post another pic when I dig in !
