Looks delish Colin!  It appears you and I both grill a particular side dish....and I've recently learned there are many people who have no idea what that item is,  or how to pronounce it correctly!  I never knew this thing was considered a NY delicacy.  I'm curious if anyone else here knows what it is?

Hurricane season is still full in force here, but should start winding down before much longer. There will be fajitas, briskets, and turkeys to cook on the grill! Night time is the best time to do them for sure!
