Night-cook appreciation thread
« on: December 20, 2017, 01:51:43 PM »
Something about the twilight, the flames, the chill in the air. Nothing like firing up the grill as darkness sets in on Winter's eve.

@Jed.cook, the wheels I bought from you went my new LE red.  The new legs and triangle are at the cabin waiting to be put on the cado.  The next cook will likely be in the dark, like my last one up there.

Hal, even though I've been to the KSA, (and it's a most unusual place I must say) this is a Weber "Lunette". First time using it, and it's just about right for night grilling. Came with four pop-in color discs. I need to give them a whirl tonight. Pics at 11.

@56MPG
Your picture kind of makes me upset that Weber doesn't sell those Smokey Joe carriers, that they sell overseas, in the US.  All they offer us over here is a stupid old bag.

Cool pic by the way.  Did you find it or actually saw it & took the pic while you were there?
