Ribs for the Mom's in the house
« on: May 12, 2013, 04:58:31 PM »
Here are the ribs I did for my wife and daughter......the Grandkids and I ate some too.

Pics of various stages of the cook. First going on, my grill humming along at about 250 degrees ,about an hour after going on and then right before I foiled them and then one after plated. I did these for 3 hours and then sauced them and wrapped them and put them back on for 2 more hours and then pulled them and let them rest for about an hour. Unwrapped and then some more sauce spread on. Super tender and pull right off the bone.....not right for competition but the way we like them here.
If it needs to be Heated to be Eated, I can do it on my Weber!

And that's what matters! They look great. I hope Mom was pleased. (That's what SWMBO asked for last year but this year I made lamb.)

Yes you do. My wife and daughter both swear by it. My wife also makes some great homemade sauce but we used it up the last time we had pulled pork.

We love sweet baby rays around here as well. My dad adds fresh cut habaneros to it for some spice. Nice looking cook!
