Stuffed flank steak on new SnS

Stuffed a flank steak with Boursin cheese, spinach, roasted red peppers and a couple slices of Black Forest ham. Used the new SnS from Secret Santa to cook it low, then sear it. The SnS is a game-changer, for sure.

The seasoning is one of the Weber seasonings -- garlic and herb. The Boursin cheese really made it a success.
