Tri-tip for today...
« on: December 03, 2017, 10:08:40 AM »
Pulled a tri-tip out of the freezer for today.  Rubbed and injected and waiting on the smoker to come up to temp...

Looks nifty.

At what temp did you pull it off of the machine?

Tri-tip looks good but damn, nothing beats Sculpin! I love the habanero brew!

I pulled it off at 138°.  I got busy and forgot about it.  I wanted it off around 130°.  It was still pretty tasty!
My wife made a food tray for a party that fell through.  Worked out well for me!

I realized I was slicing with the grain right about the time I realized I'd had 7 of those beers. :P
