Meat loaf on the SSP

So two weeks age I bought 3 lbs of sliced pork bellies .. so I brined them for two weeks
And put them in my grinder along with some beef and made a stuffed meatloaf.. tomatoes, mozzarella cheese,
Tomatoes and broccoli.. came out great..
