Need help with beef roast
« on: November 30, 2017, 08:35:31 PM »
We are having some friends over and I wanted to make a beef roast. I plan to use the approach prescribed on amazing ribs. I know, I know I should have practiced before actually hosting but I wasn't able too. I am pretty comfortable with low and slow on the kettle so at the least it won't be burnt haha. I know ribeye roast is the standard, but my budget doesn't allow for that right now. I looked at local super markets and Costco and the roast options I see are listed in the poll.

Which one should I pick and why? Thanks!
