Lol yeah @kettlebb, I used a total of three thermometers. One surface thermometer on each grate and then one meat thermometer. Menards has surface thermometers for $4. I really like the surface thermos since I can move them around. And for the roti, I used a metal wire to hang one from the spit.

I think the roti was better. It was a nice change of pace since I’ve been smoking so much stuff lately. It was also slightly more moist.

Yes, amazing color on those birds!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
