OK guys i have a Weber 22" already that i picked up for 50 bucks on a yard sale and right away i fell in love with it(even sold my gas stainless steel brick-man grill). so now i'm in the market for a new Weber  and i need help deciding on a 26" or a master touch.. i want the 26 cause it has more room for more food and i can't complain about that hahaha, but i like all the gourmet BBQ attachments you can buy for the masters touch especially the wok and the pizza stone. i would like some feedback on both to help me decide on which one to go buy, maybe someone that has both and can tell me more about them. any info would be great guys thanks in advance. sorry if this is a old topic i'm new to this club and i enjoy it so far :) :) :)

Welcome from Indiana. This is an easy one. Get a 26 since you have a 22. You can always buy a gourmet grate for the 22.

First, Welcome to the WKC.

Second, You will not regret getting a 26.

Third, Nobody here is gonna tell you not to get one.

We are enablers here 😉

I have both. Get both! If you can only have one.... you want more space or gourmet grates and options for other attachments plus option for diff. colors in Canadian limited edition kettles. Whatever you desire more I would get.

If you do get the 22" MT, you can use both 22" to get even more cooking space than 1 26" alone.

Go for the 26. You will LOVE it. Then down the road find an older MT in the color you like.

Yes I'm leaning towards a 26" since I already have a 22". I figure I can use the 26 for smoking low and slow while I can use the 22 for things like burgers and such while we wait for the rest 🏻

What everybody else said.  26"  You'll find more 22s out there.  Very rarely see 26ers.  Plus, as somebody else mentioned,  the 26 is essentially a mastertouch, with the lid bale,  ash bucket, thermometer and stainless grate.

Easy. To me the 26 is a bigger version of the mt.

This comment is on point. The only drawbacks to a 26r is that they use a little more fuel and there are less specific aftermarket accessories (although the stuff for the 22" usually fits short of the grates)
