Fellas....

My Lid Therm on my OTG Premium Copper failed.  It wouldn't read ANYTHING!!  One quick email to Weber CS and within 20 minutes a warranty replacement is on its way!

Just hope it gets here before.. You know... "The Day".... (Turkey Day).  I use the lid therm as a reference.  It does run a bit hotter up top but my Maverick on the grate does the job for me.

Just thought I'd share a positive experience!!

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

I always have the same experience as you did. Weber's customer service is extraordinary. I had ordered replacement wheels, legs and the triangle for my OTG. I had them in 2 days.
