Told the kids we’d carve “pumpkins” tonight.

ground turkey, chicken taco mix packet, corn, chopped jalapeño pieces, sweet sherry, apple smoke wood, sharp cheddar
and a dab of "blood" from the Heinz jar
I actually thought it was the best stuffed peppers I've made, although the kid who said she was "gravely" disappointed that they weren't real pumpkins to carve, didn't like the turkey.

I really like stuffed peppers, the color orange, grilled food, jack o' lanterns and Halloween. I expect you'd guess I think you idea is great.
