Another prodigal grill has found its way back home...for good.
« on: October 30, 2017, 10:09:20 AM »
OK, what an amazing month/6 weeks  A few weeks back I assembled my grail grill the summit with grilling center.

A couple of weeks ago I told you of how Peach made its way back home to me
http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/peach-has-made-it's-way-back-home-for-good/
Peach is probably one of the nicest Lime's I have seen and such a super special thing for @MrHoss to do for me.

Well now, I had an opportunity to get my first "special" grill back in the fold.  Something that @SixZeroFour sold to me for a song a few years back, Member @mattlillis73 and I did a deal over the summer that netted him my beautiful 76/77 Statesmen.  Since I have acquired a few assets and so has he. I reached out to see if I could trade him a grill and some cash considerations.  He informed me that he had already gotten and Red head and was going to reach out to me to see if I wanted it back.

Ummmm YEAH.  I have to tell you, if you ever have the chance to meet Matt, you will be a better person afterwards as he is a great guy.

One of the best things about this hobby is the opportunity to get to meet new people and make friends.

Here she is in all her glory, like Mike(MrHoss) with Peach, she came back in better shape than she left.  I have been told if you love something let it free, if it comes back don't let go, I think I will follow that advice here.

Nice! It's a rare opportunity indeed to get a special one back.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
