Charcoal only kettle??? Need your help

Hi guys.  Need your expertise.  WTF is this ?  I’m driving to go buy it now , but I can’t find any information about it.  Getting it for 20 bucks.  Apparently it’s charcoal only.  I’ve seen electric and propane ones like this but can’t find any info on a charcoal only

It’s a Happy Cooker with an adjustable charcoal grate.  You’re getting a heck of a deal on a cool kettle. Looks to be in awesome condition.  Based on the wheel style, I’d say it’s an early production unit.

Cool.  Thanks guys.  Just saw that Troy did put it up.  I contacted seller last night and we agreed to 20 bucks.

Man,  the guy wouldn’t answer my texts to get the address this morning.  Drive down there for no reason.  Anyways, was able to pick this one up, the next city over
