Can you say MEATLOAF!!!

2 1.5 pounders. One on the left is rubbed down with Webers Coffee rub and the one on the right is webers dry bbq rub.

Smoked at 350 for 55 minutes to 160 IT.

Not pictured ...  scratch made smoked mac n cheese. NO Velveeta. 

No pics of,the finished products.  We were hungry!!!

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
