I had the opportunity to see this midnight blue sj yesterday when greendude and I met up. 

The pictures do not do it any justice ... The colour is amazing in person!!  Thanks for bringing it along for the ride.

I brought along the midnight blue sj as he wanted to see one in person. If I score another blue wave or midnight blue.... its got your name on it as I don't need duplicates.

Back to what I wanted to mention. Back in October of last year, MacEggs suggested how cool blue wave I just acquired  will look with his signature Zav Mahagony SJG wood handle. Well, here it is on my Blue wave SJG.





It looks way more awesome in person than in the pic with tung oil applied. Thank you so much for gifting me this beautiful handle and a set of spare white walls you had. White Walls will go on my Smoke MT.

Also got 22" ash pan from Jeff we ordered together to save on shipping cost. This thing looks awesome! This will go on my another project 22" kettle. Thanks Jeff!
