I read the threads on how to cook brats.
I have cooked bratwursts for 30 years. Usually, I just do them indirect, with a little sear at then end to crisps the skins.
But I’m from a German community and I feel like I should do better. Beer bath. Onions. Peppers.
So, lets give it a shot:
Not sure why the red onions turn green with smoke, but whatever. Pretty tasty.
