Simpson edition handles

[Illegal Regal]

I picked up a Simpson 22 off the curb last night and notice the handles are supposed to be blue but the weather hasn't been kind.
What's some ideas on reviving them?
Light sanding?
Lacquer thinner?

God I have the same problem with my simpsons 22. There still blue but the Weber logo is long faded away. . I don't know what or if anything can fix that
