I handle quite a few lobster's every single day. I've never cooked them on a kettle in over 41 years on the dock.

Hey @captjoe06 These were cooked on a Weber Q2200. I'm sure I could do it on a kettle but that day I had time restraints. I love the taste of grilled better than boiled. Great flavor! As they are cooking I baste them with butter, lemon and some spices.
