Was at Food City the other day and saw chicken grilled and chilies roasted.  Cool stuff!

I'd take that Santa Maria style any day! There was one on C/l for about a month here for $185. I wanted to jump on it but had to have some work done to the truck. I'd love to cook on one of those!

Santa Maria grills/Asadors are pretty common here...

But that drum for chiles is totally awesome!

One of our local high end grocery stores has one of these. They roast peppers in it in the parking lot of the store.  I wonder if someone makes them in the commercial food industry.
