There's already some stuff under "S".....but I think this needs to be addressed:
     SWMBO

maybe with an expansive descriptor?

She Who Must Be Obeyed (from Rumpole of the Bailey.)

KBB => Kingsford Blue Bag. More unambiguous than "K"
kettles, smokers...

F=Freak. A 'freak' is a very rare grill most would never cook on regardless of it's condition to keep from causing any further wear or damage to it.  :D

Examples would be a Galley Que, Penthouse, Original, Custom or Westerner.

"Crazing"  1.  The cracking of porcelain that sometimes happens on the bowl of a Weber grill when exposed to extremely high heat.
2.  The cracking effect on the Weber grill enthusiast when exposed to other Weber grill enthusiasts at the Weber Kettle Club.  See also, 'Weberitis'.

 ;) ;)

Maybe you could include something under the crazing entry on how crazing sometimes looks like scratches. That's how a Weber customer service rep described the photo I emailed to her. I then had to explain to her that it was called crazing. I got all smug and grillfella-ish on her.

OPD , as in OPD style handle.
Is that referring to the gas valve handle as in Overfill Prevention Device? If not, what is an OPD style handle?

Also... bail vs. bale?

bail:
1. The arched hooplike handle of a container, such as a pail.
2. An arch or hoop, such as one of those used to support the top of a covered wagon.
3. A hinged bar on a typewriter that holds the paper against the platen.
4. The pivoting U-shaped part of a fishing reel that guides the line onto the spool during rewinding.

bale:
A large package of raw or finished material tightly bound with twine or wire and often wrapped: a bale of hay.

Some Weber kettles have a bail to hold the lid in place (e.g. Jumbo Joe or SJG)
kettles, smokers...

Load - traditional word used for the meat in a BBQ cooker

AS - Action Shot - a picture of you cook as it is happening

KU and KD - kettle up and kettle down, for open or closed kettles

BA - Beer Abuse - spilling a beer

I like that GrillFellas

When I had my stick burner guys used to call me the pit master, but to tell you the truth I always considered that an insult.

I consider myself a griller, I can do entire meals on the grill, whether indirect or direct, Pitmasters are guys who work BBQ pits. I think a griller is someone who masters the art of grilling, not just BBQing. And you see a lot of grillers who will tell you that Nothing grills like a Weber. BBQing is such a small part of the grilling world.
Now can a stick burner out BBQ a Kettle, yes it is a specialized cooking device, but a kettle can get close and it can do everything else while it is doing so.,

Yea the word GrillFella works real well. Kind of sounds like a word you would want to be called.
