Learned something tonight I thought I'd pass on
to others using a poortex cobbled from an Angelfood pan.
Don't mess with it when its hot.
The thing acted like wet cardboard when touched.
I wanted to shake down some ash and it practically
folded in on itself. Once it cooled down I was able to
reshape it with no trouble.
Love the way it cooks.
Love it enough to save up for a small and a medium
for the 22 and the 26. Gonna get a SnS and the drip/ griddle
thing as well.
The poortex proved the concept to me but is no substitute
for a quality product.
