Girlfriend has been requesting these flavors since we got back from Hawaii. Decided to give it a go and the results were easy and amazing.
Marinade is as follows:
10oz teriyaki marinade
10oz can chopped pineapple with juice
6 oz soy sauce
4 oz garlic chili paste
4 oz hoisin
2 tbls honey
Freshly grated ginger.
Reserve 1/3 of the marinade for basting sauce while cooking.
I used these ingredients because I had them on hand. I used breasts this time but imagine it would be even better with boneless thighs. I served with white rice and grilled sweet peppers. Sorry no plates pics these didn't last long.
