Pork Belly Burnt Ends

So my friend gave me a bone in pork belly... basically it's a belly that
Had the spareribs removed with a band saw and they left parts of the bone

Nice!
I shot a video making these recently.
I normally make them with an asian flavor profile, but the bbq flavors of the burnt end method work very well!!
