Rotisserie cook
« on: August 02, 2017, 11:36:06 AM »
@mike.stavlund told me about using the older style charcoal baskets on the rotisserie for a crisper skin on chicken.  Today I tried it out and man was he right.  A quick dry rub and am hour later this bird was done.  Best rotisserie cook yet! Thanks again Mike!
