They look really nice! I don't know how i feel about the curved bars, but I really like the single grate with hinges and handles...

The theory behind the curved bars is that you can
slide a spatula at any angle and not have it dive and snag
between the bars.  On straight bars if you come in
perpendicular you some times snag the bars.
Nappy has done that on their gassers since the beginning.

I suppose the curve would make some spatula angling better.
But then also making cleaning more difficult.
