First time poster but long time lurker. So hello, I'm Adam!

I've been baking a lot of break as of late.  Pita and flat breads are some of my favorite.  I've been trying to find a big round griddle for the kettle but I can never seem to find what I want.  I wondered if anyone had any ideas for me. This picture of someone making a flat bread might help you better than what I am asking.

Wondered if anyone ever saw something like this for a kettle.

Would large paella pans or 17" cast iron skillet work?

Or huge wok upside down if you need a convex shape

You many want to consider a Manturion Griddle.  Not sure how well they would work for baking bread .
Unfortunately, I believe that they are only available in South Africa .... Don't know what shipping costs would be.

Keep an eye out on CL or the like as members have snagged a few here in North America, including myself .... I have only used it to cook breakfast.
It has a porcelain-enamel coating just like a kettle has.  A great accessory to have.  :D

this is exactly what i would need.  why do they not sell this in america!  flat breads like pita, naan, and many others would cook great on that.

This is what I am going to give a try with my Kettle Pizza set-up.  Got it from a local guy on the Phoenix CL that makes them.  Is 1/4 inch steel and weighs in at 22lbs, but does not come seasoned.  If you order with the handles in the vertical position, the lid fits right over them for a tight fit.  Hey, for the price i gotta give it a shot...

Wow!!  @kemmons , that looks amazing!  ^^^^^  Good price, too.

Does a 22" kettle lid cover the pan (excluding handles) ??

this is on my 26.  I contemplated  drilling the handles out but I cook on super high heat with the lid off anyway

Try restaurant depo or something.  They make huge stainless pans for commercial use
