I picked up my first ever SSP today. My question is how many years were these made and also what colors were they available in?? Mine was originally a redhead then somewhere along the line received a burgundy lid replacement. It is a super solid kettle though.

Still a good looking red hybrid SSP. Colors from this article are Black, Red, Red Mist, Dark Green, Dark Blue, Plum, and Grey.

Yours is red. Never seen a maroon one.

The gray & plum are hardest to find...then green...blue.

Please dont scratch the piss out of it with a razor.

It is hard to tell in these photos. They are two very different colors. Regardless I love this thing!

Just picked this DH code SSP up on Thursday. Has a few parts missing which I'll need to try and source here in the UK, but the condition is great.
This is my first SSP Performer so still figuring out what's missing. So far I think it's the bin, the regulator and tank bracket. Love the old char baskets and the fact it has the manual.

Nice work, @Que Tip !! It's a bummer that so much is missing, but having those old-school char baskets is a big win.

I have an extra charcoal bin, but I'm thinking the shipping costs to the UK would be prohibitive.
One of the charcoal people.

Thanks for letting me know Mike. If I can't source one from the UK I'll PM you and see if we can come to an arrangement.
