This is absolutely amazing. I'm speechless(I know, that's a shock!!!). In a million years I would not have expected this generosity. Hell, I didn't expect this at all. I was more than willing to chalk it up to a learning experience. As I said in my original post, I kept a cheap black kettle on my driveway for inclement weather cooks when I didn't want to use the ones in the backyard and be exposed. On this particular kettle, the sweeps were a bit distorted so it wouldn't shut down well. That was why I left the slow & sear in it, to let the coals burn out.
I can't thank you fine folks enough, and I am honoured that you think that much of me to do something like this. This truly is one of the best forums on the web.
