What do you do when you get a bag of lump charcoal smashed to smithereens?

Pretty much as the subject line says.  I just had a bag of lump charcoal that had very few decent sized lumps.  It was mostly small flakes as if anything larger got smashed to bits somewhere along the logistics chain between manufacturer and retail.  The bag had no outwardly visible signs of damage otherwise I'd have passed it over.  Do you chalk it up to luck of the draw and move on?  Complain and try to get an exchange or refund?  I've never encountered one like this before.

That.

If you had brought home moldy briquettes you'd take 'em back without a thought.

Que Tip

Take them back and they shouldn't give you any problems because they can just go back to their supplier and get a credit for it.
