Nothing major in terms of mods but here is my setup:
I've added a second tool hook, the "Grill Out Handle Light", My trusty old chain and Weber bottle opener (from the pearl!
) and the Thermoworks Smoke.
Also got rid of the not so robust regulator and plumbed it to a 5lb tank that rides along on the triangle. Some might recognize this same fix from Weber Q-Series grills running a full sized tank... works like a charm.
I would also like to nominate the Weber Charcoal Rake and Napoleon Stainless Steel Grid Scraper as two MUST HAVE accessories to go along with the SCG. Each is worth its weight in gold.
