Smokey Junk.

This is Canadian Tire's answer to the Smokey Joe which I got on sale for $9.99 to light chimney starters on.  Everything about this barbecue is flimsy. I can't imagine anybody who bought one to cook on using it more than once or twice before giving up.

I've got to say that PK 360 is a beautiful grill. Considered one before purchasing the Performer but the price is a bit much. A friend has the original PK and loves it.

They look like great grills.  If I ever dropped Weber, I would probably try PK first.  I imagine they last even longer than the Weber.  The downside, other than price point, is the size of the cooking surface.
I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

Now go say 3 Our Fathers and 1 Hail Mary for your penance for even thinking of dropping Weber LOL

I have Weber kettles and several PK grills.  Like Webers, PK grills have a cult following, especially in the South.  I love my PK grills and would recommend them to anyone who likes charcoal cooking.

Yes, the Green Samson has the same metal Weber wheels. Interestingly, the Red Samson seems to have a  thinner wheel similar to even older 60's Weber kettles with triangle pans

The kids wouldn't take no for an answer when they saw this at a garage sale. It sucks. Dont put all your hot dogs on one side, or the grate falls down and rolls your dogs in the coal. Good thing I cleaned it first
