How does your lid sit with the table attached?

I had a sidekick and HATED IT because the lid wouldn't sit properly.  Traded my parents for a well-worn,  wood handle SJ; I don't think it'd seen inside in 15+years.

Here are a few pics of the table with measurements on the underside to hold it from slipping off it just has 5 rubber feet tacked on so the sit just inside the metal frame
