Simple Meal Tonight

Nothing special, just grilled chicken thighs with 2 zone indirect heat. Simple meal when time is tight. Had leftover whole grain rice with mushrooms, sautéed garlic spinach and decided to try the grilled romain with Italian dressing. That came out very tasty and I will start to experiment with flavors. All in all, a quick tasty meal for the fam
