Reverse sear strip steaks

I hadn't used cherry wood for awhile. It added an incredible flavor!  Montreal is the seasoning.

I know, i forgot to take one. I'll have to make them again soon.

I don't normally do New York strip but they were on sale. I'm glad I did though. It was a nice change of pace from our normal ribeye and chuckeye. I've come to the conclusion that I love all cuts of steak. [emoji3]

Would smash all day. I'm a ribeye guy too but that NY could find a warm bed (my belly)to sleep in at my house.
