The Steak Knife......I found this set while out garage sale'n yesterday, BNIB. Wood handles are really nice.

I picked up a set of the knives, along with 'The Essentials' set, a couple years ago (see this post: http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/weber-knives/msg143607/#msg143607). These are very nice utensils made for Weber by Imperial.
