@Meurglys , that ssp is awesome!  looks like it is in fantastic shape.
I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

2019 Black 26" OKP; 2015 Black 22" OKP; 2004 Black SJP; mid 70's Statesman; mid 70's Gourmet, 2017 Black CGA; 2000 Black GGA;

I have been running my mid-sixties Texan. I am letting the Arizona sun fade the Pam off of it.

Unless I need more room, then the 26.75" OTG gets out of the barn.

The Performer still lights the chimney, and holds my drink.

A bunch of black kettles

I usually go with "Old Reliable."

Dammit! How the...sorry, no, that's not it, not even mine. How did that get in there?

Here:

Usually one of these, with the 26 being the most frequent. The others all get rotated in. Right now, the Ivory MT is filling the far left position.

And it is "Fun Time" when this one gets the call.

Red fade 99 EE Code for indirect and rotisserie cooks

Blue 90 M Code OTP with added ash bucket, gourmet grate system and CI sear insert used for steaks, pork chops, fish. In this case, home made lumpia (by Mrs argentflame) cooked on the griddle by @argentflame .

Yellow 70's three wheeler for when I want to show company the color change.

And for bigger cooks, the 26" and only taco handle I own.

"Chasing Classic Kettles"

@jon
That's a great set up you got there, man.

Can you send me some of that lighter fluid? I'm almost out...

Hoosier, it is fabric but I have plenty of open deck to light the fires. One of the prices of renting, not being able have your own set up.

Jammato

would be hard to pick a favorite,

I do prefer kettles over the ones with tables, I have several tables I have made to use when grilling though, if it were not for that a performer would be nice. But Basically I just wheel out the one I want to use out of the lineup and go for it. I really think my 18 inch and My 14 inch Smokey Joe get the most workouts. After that the 22 inch Masters touch is my main BBQer. Anything classic just gets used to show it off.
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

I wasn't worried about fire, I just asked because I've been debating getting one of those or building one with a metal roof to stay dry in the rain.

I would do the metal roof. The fabric doesn't last for more than a year or less depending on the wind where you live. This was an earlier set up of mine that I really miss.
