Decided to cook a couple of chickens for pulled chicken sandwiches. Also wanted to try the Smoke out.

It was good. I've never used a wireless thermometer before, but this is definitely a great tool.

While I was at, made some garlic butter shrimp. Possibly the best shrimp I've ever had. I used Malcolm Reed's method, and all I can say is wow.
