Need hardware for my Performer.

Where can I find a couple of these? It's to hold the hinge, on my gas start Performer. CS at Weber couldn't figure it out..It's not shown in the schematis. They even sent me an entire hardware kit, but these guys aren't in the kit. Thanks!
