Vortex / slow n sear

Same here. Don't have the vortex but I think I can make wings just as good with baskets and fuel piled in the center of the kettle. SnS really made low and slow easier in the kettle. I don't add fuel unless I'm going over 8-9 hours. It's well worth it.
