KP Rotisserie Pork Loin

Spinning some pork loin as of now.  Let see how they turn out. Trying to pull it off at 145 internal temp.





I got my A code out as well. Only kettle that will not be covered as I want to it to fade and age more.

I will let it rest covered for about half an hour. Getting other stuff ready.
