Baby Backs
« on: March 26, 2017, 04:30:35 PM »
Went and got some fresh baby backs from the butcher. Cooked a little faster than I anticipated but had a great smoky flavor, used kbb and cherry and apple chunks. Kept it at about 250-275 for about 3-4 hours

Looks good bro.  Rookie knows this but I've lived within walking distance of the butcher those ribs came from my whole life and I'm ashamed to say I haven't got anything there yet. I'm glad he checked it out and I'm going to get meat there very soon. Looking forward to trying their pork butt. It's locally sourced according to rick (rookie kettle)
