Curious about the assembly of the dampers and why I feel like they are scratching the enamel off the dome and Bowl. The die cut is sharp and I have it loose as a goose. Am I just being picky?

Yes sir. There is a previous thread of this situation and ways to correct it. All I did was back it off a little.

That's what I did. Just wanted to make sure that was right. Thanks Travis.

Mine did the same thing. I put a few drops of cooking oil under the damper, that took care of the problem.
